加工常見故障問題,如何解決?

1.穿膠殼線序錯亂

膠殼的孔小則三四個,多則十幾二十個,工人在穿膠殼的過程中不停地長時間作業,且孔的數量較多,很容易不留神把線的順序插錯了,本來要插這個孔的線卻插到旁邊的孔裡去了。

2.裁線不良

在裁線過程裡,經常會出現切口不整齊,銅線受損,對此,我們應在開機前對不同規格的線材做相應的刀值調整,量産前應有适量的試機品。

3.打端子(端壓)出現不良

這個過程中一般是端子打的位置不合适,端子沒有完全包住銅線,端子過分包裹導緻插破外皮等等的不良,這些不良一般出現在人工打端子的作業中,用自動機打端子的話隻要調好機器,出現的幾率較小。

Workers keep working for a long time in the process of wearing the rubber shell, and the number of holes is large. It is easy to insert the thread in the wrong order carelessly, but the line that was supposed to insert this hole is inserted into the hole next to it.
 
 
 
2. Poor cutting
 
 
 
In the process of cutting, there are often irregular incisions and damaged copper wires. To this end, we should adjust the cutter value of different specifications of wire before starting, and a proper amount of test products should be produced before mass production.
 
 
 
3. Bad tapping (end pressure)


In this process, the terminal is usually not in an appropriate position, the terminal does not completely wrap the copper wire, the terminal is overly wrapped leading to the insertion of skin, and so on. These defects generally occur in the operation of manual terminal punching. If you use the automaton to punch the terminal, as long as you adjust the machine, the probability of occurrence is small.
